Our 'Simple' 6 Step Process:
Step 1 – INITIAL INQUIRY TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY
To help determine eligibility, we need you to provide us with a:
Step 2 – OBLIGATION FREE SITE INSPECTION & PRELIMINARY TENDER
Our Design Consultant will inspect and measure your property. You can choose one of our designs and discuss any ideas and features you want to include. We then prepare a Preliminary Tender for you.
Step 3 – CONTRACT SIGNING & DESIGN OF YOUR DUAL HOME
If you accept our Preliminary Tender, a fixed price NSW Fair Trading building contract will be provided to you. Both parties are to sign. This contract details the full list of agreed inclusions in the proposal.
Our Design team will then draw up Architectural Plans for your new dual home including floor plans, elevations, bathroom & kitchen plans, electrical layout and specifications. These plans form part of the final contract.
Step 4 – APPROVAL OF YOUR DUAL HOME
When the designs are accepted, the plans will be submitted to the Private Certifier (or Local Council) and necessary consultants for stamping and approval.
Step 5 – MATERIAL SELECTIONS
During the Approval process you'll meet our Interior Designer. They will guide you through the selection of materials, finishes and colour schemes for your new development.
If applicable, any design changes or upgrades made by you during this period are agreed to and either subtracted or added to your contract.
Step 6 – CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES
You'll be introduced to your Project Manager at a Pre-Construction meeting and a start date for construction will be advised.
